This program prepares you for the Mat Certified Pilates Teacher exam, enabling you to teach Pilates Mat globally with Whole Body credentials.

Duration and Scope

The Whole Body Mat Pilates Teacher Training is a 100-hour program and includes one weekend of online, Zoom-based training.
