About
The Whole Body Mat Pilates Teacher Training is a 100-hour hybrid certification program designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in Pilates Mat instruction.
Through a combination of live online classes, guided practice, observation, self-practice, video instruction, and written coursework, you’ll develop the knowledge, confidence, and teaching skills needed to lead safe, effective, and engaging mat Pilates classes.
Duration and Scope
The Whole Body Mat Pilates Teacher Training is a 100-hour program with the following format:
- Live Instruction (20 hours)
- Practice Teaching (20 hours)
- Observation (20 hours)
- Self-Practice (20 hours)
- Recorded Educational Videos (10 hours)
- Homework and Written Assignments (10 hours)
To successfully complete the Whole Body Mat Pilates Teacher Training, students must complete all 100 program hours, actively participate in live sessions, and fulfill all requirements for practice teaching, observation, self-practice, recorded video modules, homework assignments, and the final assessment.

Dana Dreifus, CPT

Dana is the founder of Whole Body Studios and the creator of its Pilates Teacher Training program. With more than a decade of experience training instructors and leading thousands of Pilates sessions, Dana has built a reputation for producing confident, knowledgeable teachers who are prepared for the realities of teaching.Â
She has led 10 comprehensive teacher training programs across two states and has mentored instructors who now teach in studios throughout the country. Dana’s teaching combines the precision of Classical Pilates with the adaptability of Contemporary movement science, helping future instructors understand not only what to teach, but why they are teaching it.
Known for her engaging teaching style, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex movement concepts, Dana is passionate about helping each student develop the confidence, critical thinking, and practical skills needed to become an exceptional Pilates instructor.
